2. Order Fulfilment and Delivery We collaborate with international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to deliver orders to our customers.

• Standard Transit Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 12 calendar days.
• Tracking: Automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your order.
• Delays: If a delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation. Depending on the outcome, we may issue a full refund or a replacement shipment.

3. Risk of Loss The risk of loss or damage to items passes to the consumer only upon physical receipt of the goods. We remain responsible for the integrity of the items until they are delivered to your designated address.
