We do not rely on third-party suppliers or external fulfilment intermediaries. Every product undergoes a manual quality inspection by our internal team prior to packaging.

Order Processing: Orders will be picked, manually inspected, and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery to European destinations takes 5 to 12 business days.
